This journey started when Gail’s son was diagnosed with ADHD and left with not much guidance following an 8-month wait for testing. At the time, not many providers wanted to work with that population and Gail and her son were left with a prescription for medication they were not even sure was working the way it was intended. Feeling frustrated, Gail wanted more education and follow-up on what ADHD is and how best to help her child and the executive functioning struggles many with ADHD experience. Like many others, she was looking for resources that were not available. Gail became determined to start a practice with the mission of providing the education and support that she did not have for her family years ago. In working as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a behavioral health nurse, it was clear that the need for these services was only growing larger.  

Similarly, Claire also grew up in a house where her brother struggled with ADHD. While she saw her mother go to great lengths to find resources for her brother, there always seemed to be barriers. In working with Gail and hearing her struggles, the team paired up to make Gail’s longtime dream a reality and provide a safe environment for those struggling with ADHD to come for comprehensive treatment.  

They are incredibly excited to start this adventure and work toward changing the way healthcare approaches the treatment of ADHD.
